Q: How much do you charge for your birthday show?
A. The prices vary based on party package chosen and location. For specific pricing feel free to give me a call. 215-MY-Magician (215-696-2442)
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept checks, and of course, cash.
Q: How far do you travel for birthday parties?
A: I travel over the Philadelphia Metropolitan area for my shows, including Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties and South Jersey.
Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve a time and date?
A: In some cases a small deposit will be required to reserve the time and date you want for your party. This assures that the time and date you choose is reserved for only your party.
Q: How many children should we invite to the party?
A: It’s your party so please invite all you want.
Q: What age group does this show play well for?
A: Each show is tailored to the age group of the audience. The show would include age appropriate magic and comedy that the whole audience will enjoy. Let’s face it, children are going to pay attention and have a great time as long as they are laughing their heads off. My birthday party show is packed full of humor that all age groups will love and appreciate. There is nothing offensive in the show whatsoever!
Q: Does the show need to take place inside or can it be outside?
A: My shows can be performed at either location. If outside a shaded area would be required. Inside, I can perform anywhere that you would like.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule you?
A: Please keep in mind that I am a FULL TIME performer and my schedule stays full. It’s always best to schedule as soon as possible to get the time and date you want. It’s always best to have more than one date in mind just in case your first choice is already taken.
Q: How much space is needed for the show?
A: I do not need much space at all. A regular living room or any large room will usually work just fine.
Q: Why don’t you use live animals in your shows?
A: I choose not to use animals in my show for several reasons. Many children have allergies and some are scared of animals. Also, having animals in a show can often times lead to accidents on your floor. The show is so full of amazing magic, silly humor and fun that the kids usually don’t ask about animals anyway.
Q: How long does it take you to setup and break down?
A: I will arrive about 20 minutes before the show to setup. I can break down in about 5 minutes.
Q: What will we be required to provide?
A: All I need from you is a group of kids who want to have a blast and a simple electrical outlet – that’s it. I bring my own tables and all of my props.
Q: Are we allowed to take pictures and videotape?
A: Please feel free to take as many pictures and videotape all you want. Anything you can do to help your child remember the party is fine with me!The Philadelphia Society of Young Magicians Assembly Y96
